5. Payments & Billing
By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay all fees associated with your plan
Authorize automatic recurring charges
Understand that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
6. AI Agent Usage
Our AI agents (“Voice AI Agents”) may perform tasks such as:
Answering calls
Qualifying leads
Scheduling appointments
Sending messages
Handling simple customer interactions
You understand and agree that:
AI output may not be perfect
You are responsible for monitoring and approving how your AI agent behaves
You must comply with all relevant call transparency laws (e.g., notifying callers that the call is recorded, if required by your state or region)
7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
Specific outcomes
Lead volume
Financial results
Booking conversion rates
System uptime (though we aim for high availability)
8. Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, workflows, scripts, and materials belong to Phonesly.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce them without permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Fail to pay
Misuse the platform
Violate any Terms
Use the Services illegally or irresponsibly
Upon termination, all licenses and access rights end immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
We are not responsible for losses caused by your use of the Services
We are not liable for missed calls, technical issues, or AI errors
Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days
